Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here!

Hi! I’m Heather, Principal Designer at Fox Interior Design. Art, Design, and Organization have been passions of mine since childhood. While other children were drawing kittens & unicorns, I was sketching furniture, & floor plans! Pursuing a career in a creative field was inevitable. In addition to earning my Degree in Interior Design from BCIT, I also have extensive experience working in Early Childhood Education. Bringing these strengths together gives me the unique ability to create “Family Centered Interiors”. By applying my knowledge in child development & learning, along with solid interior design principles, foundations & a little creativity, I am able to design environments in which the whole family can thrive.

As a mom of two, I also have a pretty sound understanding of today’s complex family dynamics, harnessing in the chaos and inviting in the calm. Focusing on organization, functionality, and developmentally appropriate elements, along with purposeful space planning and thoughtful styling, I curate beautiful spaces where joy & functionality flow seamlessly together. I believe that our home should be a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of today’s modern world. It should reflect our personality, combining the new & the old, along with personal touches.
